Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, products from the following categories are not eligible for returns or replacements:

  • Briefs & Panties
  • Lingerie Sets
  • Shapewear
  • Bodysuit
  • Intimate Accessories including Garter Belts
  • Other hygiene-sensitive intimate wear categories

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy on eligible categories including Bras , Nightwear/Loungewear and Winterwear. If your product doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may request an exchange for a different size or color, or opt for a return.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours after successful quality check.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

To qualify for a successful return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Products failing the quality check may not be eligible for refunds and will be subject to management approval.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please raise your request within 7 days of delivery.

Step 1

Log in to the My Account section on our website and initiate your return/exchange request, or contact our customer support team via email.

Step 2

Share your order details along with the reason for return or exchange.

Step 3

Our courier partner will arrange pickup within 3–5 business days.

Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging with all seals, tags, labels, and barcodes intact.


Important for Wrong or Missing Item Claims

In case you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, we request you to please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

This video is mandatory for verification and claim approval purposes.


Exchange Availability

In case the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or coupon code equivalent to the product value.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

We will be unable to process returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, freebies, or accessories are missing or damaged
  • Return request is initiated after 7 days from delivery
