Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 11 PM will be processed the following business day.
- During peak sale seasons or festive periods, processing times may be slightly delayed due to high demand. We will communicate any delays via email or SMS.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer express shipping at an additional fee. Orders will arrive within 2-4 business days.
- We partner with trusted logistics services to ensure your package reaches you safely and securely. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the shipping provider's platform.
- In the event of a delay or an issue with your delivery, our customer care team is available to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages:
- In case of an undeliverable package due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our flexible cancellation policy ensures you can do so without hassle.
Order Cancellation Window:

- If your cancellation request is made within 12 hours and the order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.
- After the 12-hour window, or if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it.
Refund Processing for Cancellations:
- For successful cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection of goods is completed.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and we will notify you once the process is completed.
- For payments made via credit card or online banking, the processing time may vary based on your bank’s policies.
